Villa Bel Air - A True Retreat

Villa Bel Air, also known as AIR, is a 3-bedroom fully-renovated villa situated in the hills above St. Jean, offering stunning views of the hillside and ocean. Just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of St. Jean, this villa provides a quiet and private atmosphere, perfect for a retreat.

The villa has been totally renovated with all modern conveniences and comforts. Upon entering, you will be welcomed by the luscious, beautifully landscaped gardens leading up to the villa. The entrance is quite impressive, leading to a large, covered and breezy space that serves as the dining area and flows onto the terrace with breathtaking views. The enormous garden below the terrace is great for kids to play in. You will also find a modern open kitchen and a fully air-conditioned living room with an entertainment center, and two equal master bedrooms with U.S. king-sized, four-poster beds, dressing areas, and ensuite bathrooms with showers. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a U.S. king. All bedrooms, as well as the living room, come with U.S. satellite and AppleTV, and the villa has a Sonos sound system to provide music both in and outside.

Villa Bel Air is a great family villa, but can also accommodate couples vacationing together. AIR comes with housekeeping 6 days a week, public holidays not included. Please note that during Thanksgiving and Easter weeks, the villa rents at full occupancy regardless of the number of bedrooms used.
